Minimum graduated from reputable university, Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Science.
Minimum 5 years in network and communication (as engineer).
Network related certification will be more preferable (CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP-ENT).
Experienced in project as Senior Engineer, or Subject Matter Expert.
Strong analytical and planning skills, excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
