Job Description
- Conducting 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) methodology in regular basis to ensure the work is performed efficiently, effectively, and safely.
- Exercising FIFO base inventory system
- Performing inventory control from component to material recording, monthly inventory counting, inventory layout, and troubleshooting SAP system
- Participating in delivery operations including document administration (daily order, delivery note, manifest, good issuance, invoice), load pack, wrap, label, and ship according to the schedule
- Performing internal Milkrun, including Milkrun flowchart, production planning, Kanban and Heijunka Board, RM (Raw Material) and FG (Finish Good) material handling, product audit checklist and SAP Update
- Operating and maintaining preventively material handling equipment (Forklift and Hand Truck)
- Minimum High School or Vocational School Graduate
- At least 2 years' experience as Logistic/Warehouse Operator
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and warehousing practices and methods
- Possess excellent self and work control under pressure
- Proactive with strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Good communicator in Bahasa with minimum passive skills of English competency
- Good knowledge and understanding of computer operation, including to use basic computer application (Ms Word / Ms Excel)
- Able to operate Forklift is an advantage
- Willing to work in shift and rotation arrangement
- Willing to be stationed in Lippo Cikarang Area
