ENTRY-LEVEL

Job Description:
  • Build and maintain strong and good relationship with new and existing clients
  • Interacting directly with clients in the areas of compensation administration, benefits, and manpower fulfillment
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client and employee inquiries
  • Provide guidance regarding the compliance of clients' HR strategies with national regulations and standard HR policies and procedures
  • Provides ongoing updates/reports and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to clients needs and objectives
  • Ensuring all employee matters are handled with consistency, confidentiality, and fairness
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both oral and written is a MUST
  • Proven work experience as a HR Administrative or Generalist (min. 6 months-1 year of experience)
  • Knowledge of labor regulation
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Well-organized and strong time management skill
  • Excellent problem-solving skill
  • Ability to take a decision independently
  • Superb communication skill
  • Client-oriented
  • Great administrative skill
  • Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality
