Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong and good relationship with new and existing clients
- Interacting directly with clients in the areas of compensation administration, benefits, and manpower fulfillment
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client and employee inquiries
- Provide guidance regarding the compliance of clients' HR strategies with national regulations and standard HR policies and procedures
- Provides ongoing updates/reports and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to clients needs and objectives
- Ensuring all employee matters are handled with consistency, confidentiality, and fairness
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both oral and written is a MUST
- Proven work experience as a HR Administrative or Generalist (min. 6 months-1 year of experience)
- Knowledge of labor regulation
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Well-organized and strong time management skill
- Excellent problem-solving skill
- Ability to take a decision independently
