Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on mobile app professional for this position based in Jakarta. The ideal Talent should have built apps/ major components of apps across phases from concept/ inception/ R&D/ development to adoption in the market for at least 1 multi-platform mass-scale (targeted for millions of users) app and transacting user-base in payment/ retail/ e-commerce/ B2B/ lending/ credit rating space, preferably deployed/operational in multiple geographies.
What will you do?
- Enhancement of the mobile apps for new features and their integration with our platforms
- Interfacing with our partners’ technical teams and if required, working onsite with them to enhance their architecture to support our requirements.
- Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support)
- Produce fully functional applications, writing clean code.
- Gather/identify specific requirements and suggest solutions
- Write unit tests to identify malfunctions. Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
- Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
- Research and suggest new technology, applications, and protocols.
- Stay up to date with new technology trends, and quickly write prototypes to help the product team test a concept.
- Participate in technology POCs and would support the evaluation of different technologies and platforms.
- Create a sandbox environment for our customers and partners.
- Design and document high-performing and scalable solutions as per the technical requirements.
- Participate in peer reviews of architecture, design, and code.
- Contribute to cross-organizational goals with other technology leaders/managers to participate and deliver on various initiatives and activities
- Champion the engineering processes and work towards continuous improvement across planning, architecting, designing, coding, review, and testing.
What do you have?
- You are an IT Graduate/ Postgraduate from a premier institute with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Flutter/Dart and Firebase.
- Good to have: NodeJS and cloud functions, ad integration, building hybrid mobile applications, ReactJS and ReactNative, Exposure to local laws/regulations regarding data privacy, cloud technologies like AWS / GCP / Azure, agile approach, and scrum
- Strong experience in converting UI/UX into working code.
- An open-source advocate and frequently contribute to open source.
- Ability to develop clear & concise documentation.
- The comprehensive experience in design patterns, data structures & algorithms, building custom UI & exposure to various third-party UI libraries, REST APIs, and developing mobile applications within mobile data management.
- Integrating with firebase or any other real-time databases, developing notifications and deep linking is mandatory, and building apps for multiple screen sizes
- Good knowledge of app behaviors on different OS (Mobiles), integrating with crashlytics and any other such software, integration with Mix panel, Google analytics, AppsFlyer, and any other third-party marketing software.
- Hands-on experience in handling marketing automation tools like Salesforce, and Hubspot, developing mobile applications that collect data from mobile devices without compromising on google/apple policies and local regulations, and version control systems like Github, Jenkins, or any other CI/CD tools.
