Job Description:
- Supervise the development of-and later maintain- mobile application/CRM system and work with parties related to the project, including but not limited to application developers, vendors, and members in the Commercial division.
- Ensure that all aspects of the mobile app/CRM system, from development to maintenance,
adhere to requirements, standards, procedures, and policies set by the Head of Commercial
and as dictated by user/member experience.
- Proactively and continuously search for ways to improve the mobile app/CRM system and
the overall user/member experience.
- Manage the database of users/members acquired through the mobile app/CRM system and
other sources.
- Work with teams in campaign, promotion, and others outside of the Commercial division
and lead the implementation of marketing programs on the mobile app.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- At least 5 years of experience in CRM and/or tech-based marketing project
management, e.g. development of mobile app, website, etc.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to set and manage priorities.
- Experience in and ability to comfortably work with data, numbers, and technology.
- Experience in and ability to lead work across departments and functions.
- Experience in management of loyalty program.
- Experience in advertising agency and/or fast-paced industry (FMCG, tech, etc.)
would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English.
- Creative, mature, organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
