- Develop and implement training programs for employees, ensuring that all staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet production demands
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, such as health and safety, labor, and environmental standards
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the factory is operating within financial targets and constraints
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion within the industry, while mitigating risks and challenges
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field
- Okay with CONTRACT basis
- Speaks Mandarin or Chinese dialects
- At least 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing or factory management, with demonstrated success in meeting production targets and driving growth
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees to achieve their full potential
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of production processes and supply chain management
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and information to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and trends, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
