Get to Know the Role:
We are looking for a Supply Management Assistant Manager to initiate and maintain a good relationship with Grab driver partners community with Humility, Honor, Heart, and Hunger along with maintaining sufficient supply in the Kalimantan & ROI region. We believe a successful candidate has excellent communication, data analytics, and problem solving skills, if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because we want to grow Grab business in Kalimantan & ROI. The Day-to-Day Activities:
You lead a team to maintain and initiate a good relationship with Grab driver community through offline and online channels
You responsible in supply stability within the area
You need to expand the 4W and 2W driver community in order to improve their engagement with Grab
You plan, do, check, action (PDCA) for supply and demand initiatives in order to improve driver partners service quality
You will lead daily operational in Supply Management including and not limited to partner acquisition, investigate, educate driver partners and demand generation
The Must-Haves:
You have Heart, Hunger, Honor and Humility
You have a very good communication skill with proven experiences
You are an experienced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet user with strong analytical thinking
You can manage and lead a project that has a significant impact on the organization
You have experience in problem solving and PDCA management
You are knowledgeable of online transport and delivery business
