- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, preferably from the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical/Civil/Architects.
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (Active).
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Branch Manager in the related field.
- Follow the latest market trends and actively use social media as a means of supporting sales for marketing purposes.
- Have experience in the process of construction projects and dealing with contractors, developers and logistics partners especially in East Java.
- Have mastered cooperation with distributors and have worked with companies (principals).
- Have extensive relationships with contractors, architects, consultants and end users.
- Have strong leadership, aggressive, proactive initiative, coordination -communication - negotiation skill.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, aggressively sales goal-oriented focus, good communication skills.
- Discipline, fast learner, high accurate and able to work under pressure & work independently as well as in a team and self-motivated.
- Computer skill is a must (MS office, MS outlook, Internet, etc).
- Leading the Branch to achieve the targets and goals that have been set by the company properly.
- Handle all operational aspects within the company and ensure that everything runs according to the established Standard Operational Procedure (SOP).
- Build good teamwork (internal) and maintain good relationships with customers (external).
- Accountable for the results of work properly and optimally.
