Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on merchants in key industries, have an insight into demands by analyzing the pain points
- Responsible to see users' perspectives, control the details of product experience, and come up with effective product solutions combined with the local users' characteristics
- Combining the industry characteristics and trends, taking charge of product innovation of installment products in consumption scenarios
- Conducting the demand analysis and design of financial products.
- Collaborating with teams of business, operation, risk control, capital, and others, to implement financial product solutions for online and in-store scenarios in different industries
- Coordinate the resources from tech support, testing, and others to advance project development, complete the delivery of solutions to customers, and track the online operation performance of products
- Responsible for the commercial results of products and customer experience
- Bachelor degree
- 2+ years working experience in local Internet companies in Indonesia
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Strong business sense in handling the cooperation of consumer finance scenarios
- Experienced in solution design for BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) industry is preferred.
- Experience in consumer loans, credit cards, or bank retail loan products is a must
- Familiar with the credit process
- Previous experience of independently taking charge of the entire product and operation process of the products with a large user base or capital volume
