Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with a leading government owned financial services in Indonesia. Our client is looking for HR Operation Manager to to run and monitor HR operations activities to ensure the quality and alignment of the process with HR strategy. HR Operations supports the HR team & business units by administration of daily HR operations tasks with main focus at: - proper recording and reporting of Recruitment, HR procurement, employee benefit, all related HR admin matters, co-operation with Finance re. HR related vendor payment & payroll team to support them for payroll processing. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Main Job Description
  • Run and monitor the development of employer branding strategy and policy to ensure company identity is attractive for prospective candidates;
  • Run and monitor the development of recruitment strategy, policy, and SOP to ensure the right process of recruitment in CLIENT;
  • Run and monitor the development of manpower planning including understanding candidate profile with user to ensure HR has the accurate candidate requirement and needs;
  • Run and monitor the activity of sourcing, recruiting, and selecting candidate process based on developed policy to ensure a qualified recruitment process;
  • Run and monitor the development of employee onboarding and deployment (staffing) policy as well as SOP of onboarding and deployment processes and procedures;
  • Involved in the UAT of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure the successful roll-out, including design and the development of HR Operations supporting systems;
  • Run and monitor the development of policy, processes and procedure related to payroll, benefit, administration, and operations excellence in HR Operations;
  • Assist Head of Head of HR Operations and Head of HR & GA in leading the development of new benefit scheme for all CLIENT staff and manage the preparation of salary adjustment and bonus simulation based on agreed parameters; and
  • Assist Head of HR Operations to prepare and develop salary survey for employees and management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 graduate (any majors);
  • 5-7 years of experience as HR Officer;
  • English proficiency (verbal and written);
  • Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point, Office 365);
  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually;
  • Well organized and self-motivated; and
  • A meticulous attention to detail, good numerical, and time management skills; and
  • Excellent computing, interpersonal, and (written/verbal) communication skills are also important.
