- Identify and monitor achievements and obstacles in the sales team (direct sales, telesales) starting from: monitoring daily sales performance, analyzing sales sales trends, identifying sales underperformers, calculating customer acquisition costs, and making detailed sales performance classifications based on satisfaction customer
- Perform data analysis in terms of helping to improve sales performance, sales capability and other sales needs by using supporting data to provide recommendations
- Manage and report sales team achievement reports to Sales Operations Manager
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in the filed of management consulting, sales strategy and analytics, data analytics, or other similar position
- Demonstrable skill in data analytics method, from collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data through various tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Powerpoint, Google Data Studio
- Able to quickly grasp business process in a dynamic working environment
