  • IT Technical Support
IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibility:
  • Menguasai Install Hardware baik PC maupun Laptop
  • Menguasai jaringan LAN baik Crimping maupun setting LAN di PC atau Laptop
  • Menangani area Jabodetabek
Qualifications:
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Informatika / Manajemen Informasi / Sistem Informasi / Ilmu Komputer dari Universitas terkemuka (IPK min 3.00/4.00)
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja 1 - 2 tahun dibidang IT Technical Support
  • Memiliki pemahaman mengenai networking LAN / WAN
  • Menguasai Setting Mikrotik
  • Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai troubleshooting hardware dan software
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, jujur dan integritas yang tinggi
  • Cepat dalam mempelajari hal baru
  • Dapat bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
  • Detail dan teliti
