- Hold minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Have minimum 5 years experience as Construction Manager (*plumbing and duct) in Japanese company.
- More than conversational level English.
- Have experience in high-rise construction project.

- Managing specific section for construction project as construction (plumbing and ducts) management.
- Understanding and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
- Planning and reviewing the work progress on daily basis.
- Meeting with client or developer.
- Other responsibilities if needed.
