Job Purpose
The candidate is to implement and drive the procurement activities across the commodity portfolio, actively managing the spend and suppliers within the category, work with the business to identify opportunities to reduce Total Cost of Ownership or value added activity, and ensuring that Procurement takes an active, early and appropriate role to generate maximum benefit. Act as the speaking partner for the Country with counterparts in APAC Procurement and execute the regional/global Procurement strategies locally. Manage procurement related transactions in SAP and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage & responsible of Plant & Production category for ECOVAR & CES
- Ensure regular Regional/Global Procurement Collaboration for Plant & Production category
- Executing Procurement Operations in daily basis to ensure there is no request is overdue and not being followed up
- Promote Corporate Values of the Company such likes Safety culture, Compliances, Good Corporate Governance
- Ensuring all the procurement process is executed as per company’s policies
- NO Overdue requests more than 2 weeks
- Managing Relationship & Communicating regularly with all major stakeholders in ECOVAR & CES
- Builds open and trustful relationship with Key Suppliers / Contractors
- Identifies innovative opportunities for productivity and cost reduction program
- Deliver Cost saving & Productivity Targets for BU2019
- Executing minimum 4 E-Auctions for 2019
- Improve Country PO Automation rate to be min. 55%
