Job Description:
- Liaise with internal employees for general affairs and administrative support function
- Responsible to create and maintain comfortable workplace for team, including ensuring necessary stocks for laptop, PC, phone, printer, ID Card, meals, snacks, etc.
- Liaise with procurement team and vendors for office supplies
- Responsible for smooth and timely travel arrangements (e.g. hotel and flight, reservation, car, etc)
- Inventory control for office supplies.
- Bachelor degree from any major.
- Fluent in Chinese (Verbal and Writing)
- Good in Excel.
- Highly motivated and strong project management and execution.
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys working in fast pace environment (start-up)
