An attractive and exciting Application Support and Governance job has just become available at a multinational bank. You will lead and oversee the day-to-day activities to support the business's site/software/applications platforms that service the entire bank.
About the Application Support and Governance Role:
As the Application Support and Governance, you will be a part of the key senior leadership for the bank, and strategically plan for the future while keeping on top of BAU priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for local applications governance
- Ensure timely adoption of TPMAs (third party mandatory applications)
- Be responsible for regulatory, audit and risk management; adoption and compliance to applicable regulations
- Mitigate gaps and risks through applicable solution i.e.: application enhancement/replacement, self-identified issue, risk acceptance
- Business continuity and test coordinator
Key Requirements:
- Good understanding ITIL, COBIT5 and project management
- Educational background in IT or engineering
- Some programming experience in C++, Python, VBA and Java is beneficial
- Working experience in IT risk management
- Success-oriented team player and a hard worker
