Regarding to user profile and data insight, design the user lifecycle and segmentations, building the operations/engagement strategy gather with category and commercial teams to create an scalable and sustainable marketplace at Singapore. Job Description
- Support manger to execute the growth strategies in countries.
- Conduct daily operation to boost the key business metrics, including data monitoring, data analysis, documentation, configuration and launch new test or features.
- Conduct user research to understand the market and user needs and user journey pinpoints.
- Support local country teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize funnels and improve campaigns by collaborating various stakeholders.
- Plan and structure analysis and experiments and pilots within an agile framework.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science or other related business fields.
- Enthusiastic of online shopping or app usage is a must; hungry for self-development is a must. Knowledge and familiarity in E-commerce industries or online marketing is a plus.
- Excellent skills in Excel is a must, Data analysis skills with strong business acumen. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners.
- Excellent English is a must, Mandarin is a plus
