Key job responsibilities include:
- Report directly to Deputy General Manager
- Develop customer loyalty through customer focus and services
- Penetrates current customer (account) with additional product offerings and opens new accounts through products that meet customer needs.
- Builds relationships with current and new customers within key industries and market segments to understand key drivers and priorities.
- Becoming point of contact between customer and company to provides services and maintenance.
- Bachelor with Engineering, Management, Business degree or related field.
- At least 10 years working in the same field.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Experience in handling multiples customer and managerial skills
- Experienced in contract drafting such as FMC (Full Maintenance Contract).
- Experience in providing effective advice to major key account.
- Having knowledge and expertise in the heavy equipment/machinery.
