Job Description

  • Handling public relations plan and implementation
  • Develop company report (including annual report, company profile, etc)
  • Maintain good relations between company and media
  • Maintain good relations with partner's PR team
  • Executing PR plan together with maintaining budget, handling legal and compliance requirement
  • Driving employer branding and related social media to promote employer branding (including promote CSR externally)
  • In charge for awarding and company recognition
  • Producing company collaterals and merchandise for external, and media
  • Develop crisis communication plan and liaise with CMT team
  • Liaise with internal communication, CSR, BMC and across functional in job process
  • Primary public relations/media relations support for customer service and services in all business units and support units.
  • Primary public relations/media relations support for field programs.
  • Maximize use of media tracking/reporting system.
  • Daily review of media, in addition to system, for mentions of Zurich.
  • Supervise and/or drafting/updating Zurich ´issues´ statements.
  • Media calls - assist in follow-up on requests for interviews/information and sit in on/supervise interviews.
  • Help identify and pursue speaking opportunities for Zurich spokespersons.
  • Media relations support for risk management society
  • Ensuring message continuity by reviewing all releases, byline articles, presentations, etc. developed anywhere within
Zurich.
  • Help coordinate the activities of outside public relations/media relations counsel.
  • Other projects as assigned by the CCMO and head of corporate communication
Requirement :
  • bachelor degree
  • having experience in related fields for minimal 4 years
  • having creative communication, English copywriting & basic design
