- The primary responsibilities of the Acquisition Team is to source, negotiate, and acquire with vendors to join our platform as suppliers. These vendors are mainly trucking, shipping, and logistics companies.
- To manage this growth, we are focusing heavily on acquisition efforts for supply channels around the large cities of Java and Sumatra. While your permanent base will be our Jakarta HQ
- Devote at least 25% of your time travelling to visit our satellite offices and teams in Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Lampung, and Medan.
- You will have a generous travel budget to support these activities.
- Minimum 6 years full-time experience
- Minimum 2 years directly managing a team of at least 4 people
- No logistics or technology experience required
- Fluent Bahasa
- Excellent English
- Undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0
