Responsibilities
- You will drive the growth of the business customer base by strategically identifying target brands who will utilise their platform to advertise through specific, data driven marketing methods.
- They will also be responsible for increasing the brands' adoption and understanding of the technology, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring that campaigns meet goals and objectives.
- To succeed in this role you will need to forge strong connections in the media agency space and a solid understanding of digital advertising
- Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to clients and solving problems in a timely manner
- Ensure successful delivery of solutions, according to client needs and objectives
- Give honest and helpful feedback to client
- Attend face-to-face client meetings on a weekly basis
- 5 years' experience in selling of software and analytics solutions in the retail sector with a proven ability to achieve consistently high results and achievement of sales targets.
- Experience in loyalty programs/CRM/Customer Engagement software or related industries would be highly advantageous
- Excellent client-facing skills; professional presentation skills; articulate written communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create strong and trusted relationships
