About the Company:
Our client is a well established global MNC healthcare company with various product portfolios across Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Life Science etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive, execute and achieve country target plan by product categories (analyzers, reagents & others)
- Great network of leaders, professional bodies and government agencies’ across the region within Indonesia
- Guide and provide product support (sales, marketing & technical) to distributors’ team to ease the sales cycle process
- Collaborate with internal divisions to leverage/synergies on existing business and to ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with local laws, Compliance and regulations.
- Identify and build effective relationships with strategic distribution partners. Engage the distributors in developing and executing business strategies in alignment with market and customer needs.
- Overlook all aspects of health economics and create analytics to position the product as central to creating a sustainable healthcare model.
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in Healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business or related field
- Prior experience in selling similar products to similar KOLs and customers
- Possess a solid communication skills
- Able to adapt in fast-paced environment
- Work in a lean matrix organization
