You will:
- Lead MS delivery operational, financial performance and customer happiness
- Handle specific contract delivery performance
- Conduct Operating Level Agreements (OLA) signed with other service delivery units
- Drive operational excellence
- Identify delivery trends-possible Add on Sale
- Education: Degree in Engineering and similar
- Min years of experience: more than 10 years in the Operation side
- Demonstrated ability: BSS and Billing system
- Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
- Persuading and influencing with argumentation skills
- Ambitious and commercial thinking
- Relating and networking
- Leading and supervising, have mentor skills
- Market insight, business understanding and Ericsson knowledge
- Financial skills
