- Acquisition of new customers in the field of building cleaning, Industry & Corporate offices.
- Establishing a comprehensive, close customer relationship and maintaining contact with decision-makers and employees
- Sales fulfilment for defined key customers (new customers)
- Executing plans to reach out unexplored market segments & customer groups for business expansion
- Establishing processes & SOPs and deploying various methodologies
- Tracking competition & market movement; evolving marketing & sales strategies in-line with current market scenarios
- Presentation and demonstration of new products and systems
- Implementation of the corporate philosophy in the area of sales and customer care
- Supporting colleagues with new customer acquisition and customer problems
The successful candidate has at least 5 years of professional experience in B2B, preferably in the field of building cleaning. Other than that, he/she must possess:
- Stress resilience and reliability in meeting deadlines
- Sales suitability and closing security
- Teamwork and social skills
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and Bahasa
