Job Description
  • Handling Order Processing Process
  • Manage Distribution Safety
  • Manage complaint handling from Customers
Accountabilities:
  • Ensure all the PO from customers process on time and acurate.
  • Provide the Pending PO report timely.
  • Provide the result of transporter's audit, ensure the service and HSE awareness align with SYN requirement.
  • Ensure to handling compliant accordingly.
  • Back up for others team member in CS when needed
Qualifications

Essentials Knowledge & Experience:
  • Min. S1 any dicipline
  • Experience with SAP
  • MS. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Having good file management
  • English active
