- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
- Oversee the overall operations of the business and work of executives
- Lead and develop the employees to achieve maximum performance
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and external parties
- Assisting in securing financing with the CFO / CEO
- Minimum Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent industry
- Minimum 20 years of experience in relevant role, with experience working in construction industry
- Have an excellent understanding in the business process and function
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
