Summary of Responsibilities
The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is in charge of leading the food & beverage service team in the food & beverage outlets, in-room dining and banquet operations to deliver the brand promise by creating meaningful value and unique experiences for colleagues, guests and owners. The main responsibilities are in the areas of colleague experience, guest experience, brand, and in financial growth and profitability. Assistant Director of Food & Beverage shares the leadership responsibility to attract, develop, motivate and retain high-performing colleagues, and orchestrates the best efforts of the team members to create the Raffles experience collectively or individually in order to build a strong emotional connection to the brand, initiates and implements revenue strategies and manages expenses.
Qualifications
Candidates for this position must have at least two-year experience within the Assistant Director level, preferably in a luxury five-star hotel or resort. They must possess personal attributes and competencies essential for successful leadership in a fast-paced yet positive and caring environment. In order to be highly productive in the job, candidates must have high computer literacy and be able to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
