What you will do:
- Creative force that shapes the communications and events through which we position our brand
- Confidently produce practical creative work which is implementable and fit for purpose whilst keeping to Populix values
- Capable of managing team workload to deliver on design project requested by other departments
- Ownership of delivering assets for multiple marketing channels (Social Media, Website, Digital, Advertisement, Published Report)
- Creative lead on events and exhibitions
- Manage design of Populix presentations and infographics
- Ensure delivery of projects within agreed timelines
- Feed the marketing team with creative ideas
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Min 3-years of experience as Creative Manager or related fields
- Excellent organizational skills, project management, and collaborative mindset with a wide range of stakeholders
- Passionate and drive for creative design excellence
- Have a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to problem solving
- High attention to detail
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under own initiative
- Ability to manage a team
- Able to work in a team
- Native in Bahasa and preferably able to communicate in English language
