Transport marketing is one of the core business verticals in Grab that includes GrabCar and GrabBike as the main offers to the customers. We aim to deliver the out-of-the-box marketing campaigns for both GrabCar and GrabBike while building more demand for the business!
Get to know the role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant Manager of the Transport team. We believe a successful candidate has a mix of online and offline marketing experience, basic project management experience, communicative, analytical thinking, and a self-motivated individual who can perform in a dynamic & fast paced environment.
The Day-to-Day Activities
Day to day operation includes campaign preparation and monitoring while ensuring the execution meets expected timeline. Able to adapt fast to campaign performance and optimize in between campaign activities.
Cross-functionals project coordination with key stakeholders which includes creative, project management officer, media, and social media team.
Supporting tactical campaigns in terms of planning, channels, and monitoring with Assistant Marketing Manager.
Getting local insight to sharpen quarterly / semester marketing strategy
Execute and monitor Marketing Plan
Work with managers to evaluate campaign execution
Manage deliverable communication material and make sure all marketing channels live on schedule
Monitoring and reporting performance of activities involving analytics team
Monitor and track competitor activities for (promo, campaign, offline activities)
The Must-Haves
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and mix experience of offline and online marketing.
Advanced communication skills in Bahasa and English.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management, not only independent but also a good team player with a customer-oriented mindset, and experienced working with large cross-functional teams.
