Make decisions with the Chef on all organisation and management fields in the kitchen; ensure the implementation of these decisions
Set up and controls the implementation of all decision concerning the preparation of the dishes, quality and appearance.
Ensure all the time a clean working place and a safe one in all areas
Receive the good and control quality and quantity
In coordination with store keeper control minimum and maximum stocks
Control slow moving items in store (report from storekeeper)
Minimize spoilage and frequently revise menu buffet
Ensure the good timing of buffets, banquets and other events
Work Experience
- Good attitude and personality, innovative, high commitment, fluent in English both oral and written
- Proven ability to develop a team
- Service oriented person, high concern about hygiene, and adaptable in new environment
- At least 2-3 years experience in same position
- Has experience at 4 or 5 star hotel
