- Prepare, analyze, and coordinate coal sales schedule/schedule based on the reference to Adaro Group's sales plan so that the company's targets can be achieved efficiently.
- Update and ensure the 3 month rolling vessel scheduling schedule in accordance with the Sales Plan, Production Forecast, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with ship agents, ship owners/ship owners and customers, to set sales schedule arrangements.
- Coordinate with the Coal Chain Team, including the operational team at the mine, the supply chain team at the barge and port, the contract marketing team and RMOs, in determining loading schedules at all ports.
- Monitor and ensure that low demurrage costs are obtained while still paying attention to shipment/sales targets.
- Bachelor Degree in Economic / Marketing / Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Market Researcher.
- Strong competencies in Market Knowledge Management, Marketing Channel Management, Marketing Management, Customer Satisfaction.
- Good writing and reporting skill.
- Good command in English, both oral and written.
