- Experience in 4 Years in Indonesian Restaurant or Indonesian Cuisine As Area Manager or Operation Manager or Executive Chef
- Preferably experience as Indonesian Cuisine Chef or Bali Chef (Would be an advantage)
- Strong Leadership, Strong Analytical, and Initiative
- Active, Target Oriented, and Detail Oriented
- Able to work as a team Or individually
- Great in organizing and leadership skills.
- Manage all Operations in Restaurant
- Ensure all Operation achive target
- Responsible for Food Cost (Food estimation and food requirements).
- Ensure COGS achive target
- Responsible Brand Sales Target
- Developing Menu with Bali Concept
- Collaboration with Marketing Dept to build Creative Digital Marketing
