MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Events Management or Assistant Director of Events Management, he/she handles all aspects of negotiation and coordination process of local catering events. He/she executes and supports all catering sales-related activities as well as maximizing revenue opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility, thereby contributing to the overall local catering revenue.
REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Degree holder from reputable university.
Minimum 2 (two) years of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand.
Excellent networking in hospitality business and any other related industries
Flexible and able to work extended hours when required.
