PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting our client, a Hungary-based Toll Service Company, who is looking for Customer Service & Call Center Manager (Jakarta)
Job Description:
- Handling customer and regulatory inquiries related to the MLFF system
- Operating customer contact channels (Telephone, WhatsApp, Social Media, E-mail, etc.)
- Performing inspections and preparing a contract with an external service provider for the supervision of sanctions
- Responsible for development of contract-related SLAs
- Supervision and control of the operation according to the contract for the use of customer relationship services
- Ensuring contractual settlement based on SLA indicators
- At least Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related field
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Customer Service / Call Center
- Have leadership / managerial experience
- Background from IT Services or Telecommunication will be favorable
- Good communication in English
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
