PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting our client, a Hungary-based Toll Service Company, who is looking for Customer Service & Call Center Manager (Jakarta)

Job Description:
  • Handling customer and regulatory inquiries related to the MLFF system
  • Operating customer contact channels (Telephone, WhatsApp, Social Media, E-mail, etc.)
  • Performing inspections and preparing a contract with an external service provider for the supervision of sanctions
  • Responsible for development of contract-related SLAs
  • Supervision and control of the operation according to the contract for the use of customer relationship services
  • Ensuring contractual settlement based on SLA indicators
Job Requirements:
  • At least Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related field
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Customer Service / Call Center
  • Have leadership / managerial experience
  • Background from IT Services or Telecommunication will be favorable
  • Good communication in English
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta
