- Together with other Business Units creating SOPs and Business Systems for Country level.
- To make sure franchisees and Branch Management follow respected guidelines and SOPs.
- Building a good relationship with the franchisee and internally
- Training, coaching, and mentoring center leadership from time to time
- Analyzes service issues and identifies trends.
- Setting branch target and discuss how to achieve that with the Branch management
- Regular audit to Branches
- Involved in Sales Marketing initiatives
- Involved in product development and other initiatives
- Develop owned branches, including sales and services, program implementation and students and staff engagement.
- Make a mapping of operational needs (facilities and infrastructure) for opening new branches in accordance with established standards.
- Design periodic training programs for branch personnel, I-smart & tentors in order to ensure uniform service levels and high teaching quality
- KPIs: Sales Revenue, Students' Headcounts, NPS
- A bachelor degree, with a min of 10 years experience where 5 years of it in a national / senior management level.
- In depth knowledge in Franchise Operation and has the experience in Franchise business development for a min of 3 years
- Has the experience of building or involved in Business systems of a broad franchise network
- Conversant sales marketing and services
- Excellent in communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent in managing a group of different type of people, adaptable, can-do attitude
- Excellent in English, and IT Savvy
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with other team members and stakeholders.
- Outstanding analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
