- Ensure the reliable and timely execution of the company’s day-to-day legal activities
- Advise the leadership team on legal and compliance matters critical to the growth of the business
- As a partner to the business, you will support in the setting up of other functions and processes and ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and act as a key interface with government authorities
- Conduct diligent research into legal issues and recommend revisions as needed across a range of legal documents and agreements
- Anticipate and plan for all legal risks, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
- Maintain governmental relationship building
- Draft and review various legal documents, and/or negotiate on contracts with external partners
- Dispute resolution settlement & litigation or arbitration
- Actively influence institution to deliver necessary new KBLI for Nusantics
- Bachelor degree in law (having a master's degree is an advantage)
- 5 - 7 years experience as a corporate lawyer at a reputable private practice firm and/or in-house legal
- Demonstrable legal analytical skills, general business acumen and expertise
- Excellent legal drafting and writing skills (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English language)
- Experienced advising senior management/ leadership team
- Ability to navigate through regulatory challenges and strategize to find a solution to overcome such situation
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work well within the legal team and internal/external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
