Responsibilities:
- Understand, implement, and execute environmental, health, and safety controls and programs.
- Responsible for risk identification and assessment, emergency action planning, incident management, inspections from government, audit, and internal.
- Promote and drive a strong environmental, health, and safety culture.
- Develop & deliver suitable trainings.
- Conduct gap assessments, analyse and taking actions to fulfilling the gap.
- Work independently to handle challenges in the field.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with government and external parties related to HSE.
- At least 5 years of working experience in HSE-related positions (manufacture industry)
- Actively speaking & writing in English
- Experienced & understanding of ISO 45001 / ISO 18001, SMK3, P2K3, and K3L Regulations.
- Certified as Ahli K3 / AK3 Umum by Kemenaker.
- Good teamwork & leadership, good communication
