- Analyse Accounts Receivable Aging’s, including researching and solving payment discrepancies, communicate statuses, pull and review documentation for billing
- Tracing, classify, and breakdown sales transactions to decide whether they have been billed
- Contact customers for payments and updates on outstanding invoices.
- Assist Finance & Accounting Analyst in preparing invoices and journal entries.
- Run transactions status reports to assist co-workers with monthly billing.
- Reconcile AR accounts and do adjustments as needed.
- Special projects as needed.
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student currently enrolled in a finance or similar degree program.
- Possesses strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, highly accurate and detail oriented.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Possesses strong written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates strong initiative, self-motivation, organizational skills, and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a cross functional environment.
