We are looking for a Marketing Senior Manager to strategies the nationwide demand and marketing planning and execution through various approaches to make TREVO the answer to mobility needs across Indonesia!
What will you be engaged in?
As Marketing Senior Manager, you will
- Strategize the marketing strategy for the nationwide, each target market and city
- Identify backlogs and opportunities for demand growth in each city and channel
- Develop marketing campaigns that effectively reach target audiences with compelling messages about products or services
- Be involved in determining the right brand narrative for TREVO in the Indonesian market based on insights from market research
- Delivering on the set performance metrics and KPIs for various demand generation channels
- Constantly extract, analyze and provide insights on how to improve marketing performance through deep appreciation and understanding of performance metrics and data as well as market data and market research studies.
- Provide performance reports and updates on strategies as and when required and identifying ways and opportunities to improve or innovate to bring about new successes
- Ensure the effective and timely implementation of all brand and marketing activities, ensuring that targets are met, working in tandem with the channel operation teams and managers.

- Experience in leading an end-to-end Marketing team and leading the overall marketing strategy
- Have a strong quantitative mindset with sensitivity to the current marketing trend
- Capabilities and proven experience in managing both online and offline marketing campaigns, operations and management including branding, advertising, public relations, social media and all forms of digital/online marketing as well as lead generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to create data-driven initiatives and recommendations to drive business growth
- Good interpersonal skill and project management skill to work closely with cross-functional team and agencies partners
