That's why we need a talented Recruitment Manager to help our organisation expand globally.
Requirements:
At Cadmus, we're doing a lot of great work rapidly to create a profound impact on our world through the power of education. With Cadmus currently being used in 50+ countries, we're looking for a Recruitment Manager who is passionate about helping us identify and secure highly qualified, top-performing candidates globally.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, our Recruitment Manager will:
- Fill open positions with highly qualified candidates by effectively identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent that aligns with our strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by networking, headhunting and searching online, and assessing candidate values and qualifications.
- Streamline and improve the recruitment process by staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies and applying them to our process.
- Consistently exceed recruitment metrics, including fill rates and time-to-fill metrics, to ensure the success of our hiring efforts.
- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including sharing information about our company and open positions, answering questions, and helping them prepare for interviews.
- Tracking recruitment data, including information about candidates, job openings, and recruitment metrics, using this data to evaluate the effectiveness of the process and make adjustments as needed.
- Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent from a top University.
- You have experience working in the field of Technology or Education-Technology at a leading global technology provider, unicorn or startup.
- You have 5+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, people operations, management consulting or a related field.
- Talent assessment and evaluation, with an ability to effectively assess and evaluate candidates based on values, qualifications and fit for the role and our company.
- Negotiation and closing, with an ability to negotiate and close offers with candidates effectively, including an ability to negotiate terms and compensation, and to sell the company's culture, values and opportunities to the candidates.
- Exceptional English communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate with potential candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders within the organisation.
- Sourcing and networking, with an ability to effectively source and network to identify and attract top talent, including networking, headhunting, and online search to find and engage potential candidates.
- Time management and organisation, with an ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines, follow up with candidates and hiring managers promptly, and manage a high volume of candidates and open positions.

Hiring Process

If you are unsuccessful, we will let you know why and try our best to help you fill in any gaps.
Our interview process consists of a video interview, a hiring manager interview, a homework task and a panel interview. These will be completed online (via Zoom).
