Responsibilities :
- Manage and support switching, branch and SSB projects, production incidents and enhancements.
- Manage and ensure incident related with switching, branch and SSB within SLA.
- Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues
- Maintain good relationships between IT and business, manage business expectations and negotiate compromise
- To ensure all applications server will comply with Group Standard Security (ISCD – Health Check)
- Ensure compliance with DBSI Policy and Standards, local laws, regulations and controls and procedures of the Bank, through audit reviews and completion of self-assessment checks
- Liaise with Switching application vendor tech support or 3rd party vendor for prompt rectification of any problems or emergency cases
- Graduate from reputable University with IT background is preferable
- Have experience on switching system i.e IST, ON2, BASE-24 systems or others
- Have technical knowledge on ISO8583 message, Linux, Chip Technology standard (EMV, NSICCS), Local domestic networks (ALTO, PRIMA, Bersama)
- Have capability to analyze and read the logs application.
