- Hold Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology or equivalent.
- Has at least 8 year of working experience in Manufacturing company.
- Business level English.
- Strong in HSE and GA matters for factory.
- Handled external affairs such as to local residents, to government sectors, etc.
- Skilled in industrial relation, organization development, health and safety management, performance analysis, general affair.
- Must be willing to work in Karawang.
- Preferable having experience in Japanese company.
