About the Company:

Our client is a training marketplace that provides complete training series and modules that adjusted to the company needs. High quality material, and also supported by highly qualified facilitators that filtered with multiple requirements before sharing the materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads by actively approaching targeted business clients (by cold-calling, emailing, networking, social media approaching, etc.)
  • Achieve sales target by assessing current business client's needs and following a defined selling process with potential leads
  • Getting B2B clients abroad using the company services
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with potential leads and current business clients
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of potential leads
  • Develop new methods or strategies to achieve the sales target
  • Create proposal based on the sales target needs
  • Create a weekly sales report
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and current business clients
  • Collaborate across the team to ensure the service standards are met
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in a B2B environment
  • Prior sales experience in an Education Tech/training company
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • A critical thinker, a problem-solver, and able to work in a team
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and projects ownership
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales target
