Job Purpose and Impact
The Customer Service Specialist will support a moderate scale of customer service activities. In this role, you will constantly providing innovating customer service experiences to our customers and business partners through effective processes and future implementation and digitalization of tools and technology.
Key Accountabilities
- Support operations on processing sales orders from customer and proactively communicate to customers and business partners on issue, challenges, and solutions.
- Maintain and update systems or tools and relationships that meet customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.
- Analyze data and generate insights and analytics for improvement and manage reporting.
- Provide support to improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures.
- Work independently to follow up outstanding customer request, handle basic issues or/and problems, within region or globally, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Have 3 years minimum of related work experiences
- Good communication in English
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
- Able to communicate other languages beside English (i.e Mandarin, Japanese, etc) would be an advantage
- Continuous improvement mindset and behavior
- Has analytical and problem solving skillset
