- Manage and nurture a team of data scientists and lead end-to-end ML/Deep Learning projects
- Work with structured and unstructured data, especially text and images
- Define problems and hypotheses, conduct experiments and research, apply data science techniques, and implement continuous improvement of ML models
- Collaborate with other teams (product, operation, and commercial) to develop data science solutions that bring positive impact on the business
- Min. 5 years of proven experience in building ML or Deep Learning models for various projects, such as anomaly detection, clustering, recommendation, prediction, or image and text classification.
- Min. 2 years of leadership experience.
- Have solid fundamentals in ML and Deep Learning algorithms.
- Demonstrate experience in Python/R and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/Keras, Caffe, or PyTorch.
- Have excellent knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
- Experience in Cloud environment, preferably GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Demonstrate good communication skills and be a positive team player.
