Responsibilities :
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
- Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
- Oversee stock and store operations
- General support to the management team
- Implementation of Floor Management
- Improve and cater client experiences
- Store Operations Improvements (Team planning, stock, etc.)
- Driving store sales and KPIs
- Team building and development
- Having 5 years experiences in retail operations, preferably 2 years in Store Manager role
- Proven experiences as a leader and people person
- Sales Driven personHaving knowledge about Luxury goods or high fashion industry
- Excellent in communcation skills and people management
- Fluent in English
