- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication/IT/Computer Science
- Having minimum 5 years in Telecomunication industry
- Deep understanding and professional experience in network concepts, trouble shoot fiber optic
- Familiar with organizational development
- Strong Leadership, time management skill, and problem solving
- Excellent communication skill including interpersonal communication, service excellence, and consulting skill
- Responsible to manage all activity maintenance Fiber Optic team
- Monitor dan supervise maintenance Fiber Optic daily activity (24x7x365) i.e. ticketing, communicating with NOC team, shifting operation and personnel
- Responsible for fulfilling SLA and SLG from customers
- Responsible to monitor Fiber Optic infrastructure system activity and its performance
- Develop policy as well as SOP of Maintenance Fiber Optic team & ensure the operation of Maintenance Fiber Optic team are in accordance with established policies & SOP
