- Be the technical and operational leader in the team that owns all our hardware platforms end-to-end, from concept, to first bring-up and all the way to production, market release and maintenance.
- Stay on top of technological trends and make sure Beam’s tech is at the cutting-edge of UX, safety reliability and smart sensor technology
- Work closely with suppliers and tech partners in designing our future products
- Be creative and drive new ideas regarding architecture, tools and products
- Lead the integration, production and delivery of our IoT products - assuring and compliance to target market regulations
- Discuss and lay out project specifications
- Establish way of working (policies, procedures, and standards)
- Experience of 3+ years in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Mechantronic Engineering
- Experience in Product life cycle management and Production
- Excellent communicator with comfort presenting insights and working closely with many collaborators
- Technical and hands on personnel
- Chinese speaking (Added advantage)
