About the Company:

Our client is a leading FMCG company based in Indonesia with a long history and brands that are both locally produced and exported into international markets. They are currently market leaders in the key categories they compete in with extensive manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Planning and directing of engineering & maintenance activities and projects
  • Ensure utilization of best practice engineering methods to provide expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives
  • Design plans for the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment via leading continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the engineering while upholding GMP engineering standards across sites
Key Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, building management, or in other related field
  • At least 10 years of experience working in plant, with a core focus in the operations of the plant's various machineries
  • Prior experience in a FMCG manufacturing firm would be a plus
  • Past design and implementation of continuous improvement projects
