Job Description

  • Responsible for direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales manner
  • Assessed local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
  • Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
  • Daily monitor operational to ensure operation flow fast, properly and as per KPI set by management
  • Financial control as per KPI set by management
  • To achieve 100% of Balikpapan budget set by management
  • Drive the Branch operational performance
  • Ensure that the appointed people knowledgeable and skilled in their areas of responsibility
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a fast paced, dynamic and or multi-cultural MNC environment
  • 5 years with proven work experience and leadership in managerial position in logistics and supply chain related business
  • Solid understanding of product knowledge (Supply Chain, Logistics, International freight forwarding, customs clearance, incoterms and business process understanding)
  • Oil & Gas and Industrial Project logistics knowledge and experience
  • Proficient Presentation Skills and Microsoft Office
